Keeping with the Football Theme, former Philadelphia Eagles General Manager Jimmy Murray greeted all guests in attendance with amazing stories of previous Philadelphia Eagles owners, players and team history.

The Ronald McDonald house was founded in 1974 by Jimmy Murray and Dr. Audrey Evans, a former pediatric oncologist at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. The Ronald McDonald House’s mission is to support families of seriously ill children by creating a community of comfort and hope.

“Football, Food (my namesake pizza) and a great cause, it doesn’t get better than that. Thank you Goombas for inspiring us to participate and thank you Ronald McDonald House for giving me the privilege to be involved with a great organization and cause”

The event kicked off a month long charity drive with a first day contribution of $1,700. For the entire month of February proceeds for every Cosmo Pizza that is purchased will be contributed to the Ronald McDonald House.
